Earlier this month I told you I would be receiving the Nokia Lumia 920 Windows 8 phone via AT&T as part of the #GiftMoneyCantBuy campaign and I must tell you this phone is AMAZING! Immediately I fell in love with the sleek design, the face that it is made with top notch scratch resistant gorilla glass and the resolution is super nice. The buttons feel heavier and better made than my other smartphones and that is because they are made with ceramic instead of plastic. I also immediately noticed that the sensitivity of the screen is much better than my iPhone. When my hands are cold my iPhone does not want to work until I warm my finger up, with the Lumia 920 it seems to work no matter what, even with gloves on, which I found pretty awesome!
Now that I have been using the Nokia Lumia 920 for a few weeks I have to say that the 8.7MP camera on it is pretty darn sweet! It also uses Carl Zeiss Tessar optics and has real optical picture stabilization. The photos are better quality than my iPhone 4 which only has a 5MP camera and I am constantly taking photos and posting to instagram so it’s nice to have some decent photos instead of my low quality photos. The reception is also much better than my old phone. Whenever I am sitting at my computer I lose reception until I lean back which I found to be super annoying but now I seem to get reception here no problem.

I just received the Lumia 822 (verizon’s version) and I’ve really been enjoying it. I really like the camera as well and I am loving the tiles.
