I love personalized t-shirts and other personalized and quirky items. I love to give and receive them as gifts so when CafePress emailed me to work with them I got pretty excited. After checking over the site, which is like hundreds of thousands of different products I finally decided to get me a couple maternity shirts, Dot a Big Sister To Be shirt and the baby a couple cute onesies.
We received our order 1 month ago and I was not pleased. The maternity shirts are short and very wide. I think that as a maternity shirt it should be longer to cover the belly when you get 8-9 months pregnant. I explained my issues to the rep and he asked me to contact customer service which I did not do. We’ve had some personal family issues taking up all of my time, not to mention sicknesses and of course me being pregnant so I am not sure how well their customer service would do with this issue.
Dots Big Sis shirt is super cute! I did size up to a 4T and I am so glad I did! It fits her perfectly, if I had gotten a 3T it would have been too small. I usually talk about how well clothing holds up in the wash and again am disappointed. She has worn the shirt one time and it has been washed twice, trying to get it clean. Now my kids aren’t super clean but they aren’t complete pigs either and the shirt is stained enough that I would not take Dot out in public wearing it. The print has faded with just the 2 washings and with the stains not coming out I couldn’t recommend them. We have plenty of clothing that does not stain up and fade like that.
The onesies are super cute! Since baby is not here I am not sure how well they will hold up but for now they are absolutely adorable to look at!
Bottom line I will not be shopping for clothing at CafePress, however, they have a ton of non-clothing product that other bloggers have reviewed and given great feedback for so if I do order again I will get an iPhone case or cute water bottle instead of clothing.

Gah I’m sorry you had that experience with them, I think it can totally depend on what shop your order from. I’ve had issues with cafepress clothing items but not from certain shops.
Def stick to non clothing items in the future. I got a kindle case that I love!
